2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry form, completing course enrolment, or accessing any Cognivault learning resource, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with enrolment or use of the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement under Thai law. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
These Terms govern the relationship between you and Cognivault for the duration of your enrolment and any ongoing access to course materials after completion.
3. Service Description
Cognivault offers three structured AI development tracks delivered online in English, with support available in Thai:
- Quiet Start: AI Foundations — approximately 10 weeks, ฿3,500
- Crafted Modelling Track — 15 weeks, ฿14,200
- Mastercraft AI Programme — 24 weeks, ฿35,000
Service includes access to course materials, cohort forum, live sessions (where applicable), project feedback, and a completion certificate upon passing assessment.
We aim to deliver all sessions as scheduled. Cognivault reserves the right to reschedule sessions with at least 5 days' notice. In the event of a significant service interruption, affected enrolment periods will be extended by a corresponding amount of time.
4. User Accounts
Access to course materials requires registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep it current. Accounts are non-transferable — course access may not be shared with or transferred to another person.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact us immediately at [email protected].
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service in a way that is respectful, constructive, and consistent with the spirit of a learning environment. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Sharing course materials, code examples, or project briefs with anyone outside your cohort
- Submitting project work that is not your own without clear attribution
- Harassing, threatening, or demeaning other participants or instructors in any forum or session
- Attempting to access systems or data beyond your authorised scope
- Recording or distributing live session content without written consent from Cognivault
Violation of these responsibilities may result in removal from the cohort without a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All Content provided through the Service — including course materials, code examples, exercises, session recordings, and feedback documents — is the intellectual property of Cognivault and is protected under applicable Thai and international copyright law.
Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Content for personal educational purposes during and after your enrolled track. This licence does not permit redistribution, resale, or commercial use of any Content.
Code and projects you create as part of your coursework remain your intellectual property. By submitting them for assessment, you grant Cognivault a limited right to review and provide feedback on that work.
7. Payment Terms
All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Payment is due prior to cohort access being granted.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and major credit/debit cards processed via our third-party payment provider. We do not store card details directly.
7.1 Instalment Plans
Instalment arrangements are available for the Crafted Modelling Track and Mastercraft Programme. Terms are agreed individually before enrolment confirmation. Failure to meet an agreed instalment schedule may result in suspended access until payment is brought current.
7.2 Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the cohort start date: full refund
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before start: 50% refund
- Cancellations within 7 days of start or after the cohort has begun: no refund
- Exceptional circumstances (serious illness, bereavement) considered individually on request
8. Course-Specific Terms
8.1 Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or the first instalment, where applicable) and receipt of a confirmation email from Cognivault. Cohort places are limited and not reserved until payment is received.
8.2 Completion and Certificates
Completion certificates are issued upon successful submission and passing review of the final track project. Certificates are digital and issued to the email address registered at enrolment. They are not transferable.
8.3 Academic Integrity
All project submissions must represent your own work. Use of AI-generated code as your primary submission without disclosure and instructor approval is not permitted. Code review feedback is provided in confidence for your personal development.
8.4 Access Duration
Session recordings and course materials remain accessible for 12 months from the track end date. After that period, access is not guaranteed. Completing tracks within the stated duration is expected; extensions may be considered on request but are not a right.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Cognivault does not warrant that the platform will be free of interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities, though we take reasonable steps to maintain a reliable and secure service.
Completing a Cognivault course does not constitute a professional qualification or licence in any regulated field. Course content reflects the instructors' professional knowledge and experience and is intended for educational purposes only.
Career outcomes and employment results vary by individual. We do not make representations about employment prospects or salary outcomes as a result of completing any course.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Cognivault's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, lost business opportunities, or data loss, arising from your use of the Service.
Cognivault is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet failures, natural disasters, or events affecting third-party platform providers.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cognivault and its instructors harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right in connection with your use of course materials or forum participation.
12. Termination
You may withdraw from a course at any time. Refunds are subject to the schedule in Section 7.2.
Cognivault may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you breach these Terms, including prohibited conduct under Section 5. In such cases, no refund is due.
Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination of your enrolment.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. Please contact us at [email protected] to raise any concern.
If a matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to mediation before proceeding to litigation.
Any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cognivault.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. Cognivault may transfer these Terms in connection with a business transfer or restructuring.
- Notices: Legal notices should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our Bangkok address.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
The current version of these Terms is always available on this page with the effective date shown at the top. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
